FRESNO, CA – 2/23/2026 – Betts Spring Manufacturing has added additional equipment to support continued growth and strengthen our production capabilities.
A new Haas lathe, serial number 3133096, has been added to the production floor to expand machining capacity for the torsion bar product line and support growing demand. The new machine brings greater precision and repeatability and adds flexibility for a wider range of operations with consistent quality.
“This capital acquisition has enabled our product line to increase torsion bar capacity in a growing market for Betts Company,” said John Marr, Director of Operations. “This state-of-the-art piece of equipment gives us the flexibility to run a wide range of operations with superior quality, which supports our commitment to Improving the Way Things Move.”
The machine is now in place and supporting operations on the shop floor.
