In 1995, Mike became Betts Company’s sixth president after almost 40 years with the company. With extensive experience in sales, he continues to provide guidance and support to the Betts Company’s leadership team with a laser focus on activities that favorably impact industries and markets important to Betts Company.
Bill’s appointment as the company’s seventh president reflects a special accomplishment centered on sustaining and growing a family business for over 150 years. Joining the company in 2007 after working in the private sector as an international risk and business consultant, Bill has excelled at leading the strategic direction for the company’s senior management team and overseeing the development of all Betts’ operating plans.
Vice President of Manufacturing
Joe is responsible for overseeing both manufacturing divisions of Betts Company — Betts Spring Manufacturing and BettsHD manufacturing. His role consists of directing and managing customer support, engineering, procurement, planning, manufacturing, quality control and logistics for all Betts manufacturing divisions.
Vice President of Sales Operations
John leads the strategic direction of the sales team for Betts Truck Parts & Service. He is a gifted salesman and coach who trains and equips our team to deliver the highest value to our customers. John has worked at Betts for more than a decade in many sales roles and has been around the business his entire life.
General Manager, Betts Truck Parts & Service
As General Manager, Joe is responsible for the direction, management, and control of operations and employees at the branch and business unit level. Joe brings over 20 years of industry experience and perspective to grow and expand Betts Truck Parts & Service in the years ahead.
Director of IT
Paul has over 18 years of technology management experience in various industries. Paul leverages new and existing technologies in order to make business processes lean, efficient and cost-effective, adding a competitive advantage to the Betts team with an eye to the future.
Alicia Gray is the Controller at Betts Company. A seasoned expert in her field, Alicia has over 15 years of experience in accounting and a master’s degree in finance. With her knowledge and professionalism, Alicia skillfully leads the finance team in supporting Betts’ operational growth initiatives.
