With extensive experience in sales, he continues to provide guidance and support to the Betts Company’s leadership team with a laser focus on activities that favorably impact industries and markets important to Betts Company.

Bill’s appointment as the company’s seventh president reflects a special accomplishment centered on sustaining and growing a family business for over 150 years. Joining the company in 2007 after working in the private sector as an international risk and business consultant, Bill has excelled at leading the strategic direction for the company’s senior management team and overseeing the development of all Betts’ operating plans.

With over 30 years experience at the Betts Company in a diverse number of leadership roles, Don currently manages the operations of the Betts Truck Parts & Service division, including managing our eight service branches and the procurement department.

Joe is responsible for overseeing both manufacturing divisions of Betts Company — Betts Spring and Betts HD Manufacturing. His role consists of directing and managing customer support, engineering, procurement, planning, manufacturing, quality control and logistics for all Betts manufacturing divisions.

John leads the strategic direction of the sales team for Betts Truck Parts and Service. He manages the Regional Managers, who oversee 20 Outside Sales Representatives and a Product Manager. John has worked at Betts for more than a decade in many sales roles and has been around the business his entire life.

Leading the identification, analysis and implementation of new technologies for Betts, Jonathan is responsible for the development and rollout of systems and deployment to optimize future outcomes. From market sizing to product development, to the creation of marketing content, Jonathan applies proven frameworks to identify market opportunities.

Starting in 2016 as Betts Company’s Controller, Dan is charged with leading the finance department and directing the company’s accounting policy and reporting.  His expertise has helped lead the company through financial policy changes, as well as contributed to the development of best practices for future success.

With extensive expertise involving many of the industry’s highly regarded heavy duty manufacturing companies, his proven track record in aftermarket parts sales and distribution is an invaluable resource for Betts growth.

With over 15 years of management experience in the manufacturing industry, Yolanda leads the Human Resources Department. She is also responsible for supporting the organization’s business needs as it relates to organizational structure, training and development and advancement of Betts Company culture.

Having been with Betts Company since 2014, Randy brings over 20 years of digital and strategic marketing experience to his role. As marketing manager, Randy collaborates with teams across Betts Company and its three divisions to connect customers with Betts history, products and culture.
